    Why not W 2 the drivers offer vacation pay maybe a retirement account. You wanna be a so called fleet owner, but not offer any benefits to your hands.
    Let me guess it's a Volvo and White in color

    He could also offer a employee-stock ownership plan, free medical, dental and vision with no deductible, expense account, company car and 2 months paid vacation per year.

    It's his business he can pay what he wants.
