    thanks for the feedback. It's all very useful, I know the process is fairly simple, yet there is often confusion. So I want to break down the trip from beginning to end and create a presentation used for retraining.

    If this is your job why not hire a trucker or at least a former trucker? You can rent out one of those Ryder or Penske trucks to demonstrate or even go to a local trucking school and see if they will do it for you.

    I'm not actually getting paid for a special project, I just want to put something together. One our shippers is next door, I'll just hop in with someone and record the bits and pieces that I want to use.

    May not be getting paid but would the company loan you a guy and a truck for a day?

    Shouldn't be much over that.

    Wont even need it, most of the guys like me. So as long as they have passenger seats I should be able to get all I need. I'm just lazy and was looking for an easier way out.
