hi i just read your question and may be give you some help .most company will train you these days best bet to go with one of them if that is you don't wont to pay out a good deal of money for training at a private company .they can run you $3,000 some deal out there but you really haft to look for them .some states will help dmv some times has a list of places you can check out .one thing about a lot of companies that do help get your cdl will require you to syn a contract fo 2 years r so for giving you the training to get your cdl .its best to stay away from leaseing until you get to no the does and don't in this kind of work . be a company driver for a few years unless you are willing to lose every dime yove got in the bank .with the coast of fuel around $3:00 and more its hard to make a living out on the road unless you've got a good running truck and want to go with it . the coast are unreal out there on the road i no i was a owner operator tt least my truck to a company that didn't care that i had to make a $1600 payment every month and oil change every 6 to 7 thousand miles for my truck that coast me close to $200 every few weeks fuel and insurance will eat you a live along with permits and not to for get if you haft to call some one out to fix a tire say a flat tires run motel in the $300 dollar range + to come out to you can run in the hundreds and hope not to have your truck toad with a trailer looking some time over a $1,000 or more . my driveshaft broke out in la the towing and repair bill with food and staying In a motel for a week coast me almost $4,000 + not being able to deliverer load some one else did that. i lost all the revenue i lost my butt out the road its a big response ability and just not noing any better its hard but once you've see what the does an dont are you get with a company that pays ok you can make a liveing if you stand your grown also never buy recaps my truck came with all the drive tires were recaps i blue every one of all 8 very expensive .enough said good luck i guess i just had to get it off my shoulders i leard the hard way .i hope this will help you out ,and good luck to you .lyion
