    There's a driver out there in truck (number removed)
    That's an unqualified newbie, unsafe driver, tailgates, harrases other driver and observed speeding through work zones.

    Unqualified? Sure maybe just another greencard driver. Unsafe? Not yet. He aint hit nobody yet. Tailgates? If you are the one trying to pass him at 63 forcing him stuck in the right lane for a few miles, no wonder it takes a while for those blinkers to stop. What harassment? After a constant application of Profanity if someone is witty and really sharp like whip might come right back you. If you cannot stand the heat don't be dishing it out. As far as the speeding in the work zone that has quietly rotted in place 5 or more years milking the ever gangrenous federal teat?

    What a waste.
