Now that we can combine on duty, not driving, with off duty time to get the required 30 minute break, and I the only one dreading what this is going to do to congestion at fuel islands? Seems to me, lots of inconsiderate drivers are going to try and use their time at the fuel islands to get the 30 minute break. So, they'll spend about 10 minutes at the fuel island, which seems to be the norm, and then pull up and clog up the lane until they get another 20 minutes for their break.
Anyone else see this coming and have any idea how to deal with it?

Why not just drive an extra 50 feet and park against the fence ?

I don't fuel at those type fuel stops, but I've read some choose the longest line, so there goes 10 to 15 minutes there, then fuel time, and pull up for the last 5... i'm just guessing here.

They’ve been doing that since the 30 min break started awhile back. Inconsiderate bastages.

Actually I'm hoping this will speed them up a bit, now they can use the fueling time toward their 30 instead of fueling then pulling up and doing their 30 and blocking the entire place.

I end up having to back out of the fuel island just over half the time right now, when I'm lucky enough not to get blocked in the front and the back before I'm done. Hoping this will cut it down to 33%

    Strategic fuel timing is important.

Like real early in the morning.

If you fuel with the megas, you could easily piss 2-1/2 to 3 hours a week away waiting just to get to the pump.

Not to mention the guy that has to go in to get the pump turned on.

That knows none of the information.

    Truck number?

    Pump number?

    Cash or credit?
    Uh.
    Company?
