Literally thousands of new homes, apartments, condos being built in Clark County, Nevada.
Can't get out of site of new construction.

I get the itch to move again. Lived in Florida, Tennessee, Texas, Nevada and ready to move again. Moving to China as soon as I sell my house in Nevada.
My neighbor is an 0/0 with 3 trucks. He bobtails in here with one of them about once a week.
No trucks allowed, but he's a nice guy and everyone likes him, so not one rats him out.
I moved out of my house close by, and leasing one until my house sells. Once it sells , I'm off to China. Rent/lease is expensive in Seven Hills' my lease is $2400 a month. It's worth it though, very safe neighborhood and gated communities in Seven Hills. Tony Curtis lived here until he died and so did Harry Reid. Mike Tyson has a home here and a member of KISS also.

 

North Las Vegas if really building up. Lots of good jobs there for non-truckers.
Also a new company for cryogenics CDL drivers.
