I’m in Tennessee, 1.5 hourish from Nashville and Jackson the other. I’ve recently graduated a training program and recieved my CDL. I have a Tanker endorsment already, working on getting my hazmat to go with it. I’m trying to gather some information on companies, that will hire New CDL graduates, and possibly train in the tanker industry. I understand that getting hired on for a fuel job is probably not going to happen right out of the gate, but I mean what about non-hazmat, food grade, pneumatic, vacuum. I’m just trying to get in the door of the tanker line up. Not sure what companies offer that type of stuff in my region having a few issues, may have to broaden my spectrum a little bit. However I’m not really wanting to go some of these “welfare” “high schooling” companies hauling dry van if avoidable. Would love to stay in the region as well.

I got started in tanker with KAG, it was good for a start, after 18 months I got on with Linde hauling cryo.
I wasn't brand new to trucking though, had been doing specialized and flatbed for 23 years before getting into tanker to cruise into retirement. -
Thank you, I had tried them as well but unfortunately I need 12 months experience before KAG will take me
