Thanks man! I got hired at 0.64 for USA runs on payroll. I don't believe it yet until I see my first paycheck! I was about to sign on with Scheider for 0.39

That's good man, that's 0.20 cents more than challenger. If all goes well I'll jump ship from here n go there.

Their East USA program pays up to 0.85 but I didn't qualify for alot of the incentives. After everything I didn't qualify for, it came out to 0.64. I'll definitely update my experience in here.

Just curious to know why you didn't qualify for those incentives. Lack of experience?

Yes like safety bonus, valid fast card, NY runs, 1-3 experience, 3+ experience, 1 year contract, 3 year contract, etc. They also had a $35 deductions for failure to deliver/complete a load.

Holy ####! Bison is still offering 0.33cpm to start on the 2 year contract, slip seating!

This is an assigned truck? How long do they want you to be out? Pick/Drop/Trailer Switch pay? Detention Policy?

Also thanks @Canadianhauler21, I think it was more desperation and determination, than balls. No one was hiring in Alberta when I started, so it was Bison or bankruptcy. (Thank God TransX, H&R and Arnold Brothers never called me back lol, it could have been worse)

I'm not really sure. I was just told i'll be going through a few weeks training and then I'll start running to USA 2200 miles a week (2 trips) a week, Sat and Sunday off/reset at home.

    BigHossVolvo Thanks this.

That’s amazing! No living with the trainer for 2+ weeks!

No wonder they are growing so fast, is it possible they decided NOT to follow the BS 95% of companies do; and become a company people actually wanna work for?

    Canadianhauler21 Thanks this.

.64 cents a mile is #### good, especially for a new driver. Good job! 85 cpm maybe I’d go back to Trucking!

    BigHossVolvo Thanks this.
