    Craggy, they started enforcing tanker endorsement for totes in Texas. Don't know if this is some anal enforcement they pulled off last summer, but they made Schneider do it. But I haven't heard any other state doing this.

    Has to do with the total amount of volume the totes have together 1000 or 3000 lbs can't remember
