New driver looking for a teammate. What to be o/o.

Hi I’m Cyrus. I’m a new driver who wants to go team. I’m not going to lie, I’m completing training very soon and I’ve asked my trainer if he would go teammate driving. He’s thinking about it. We asked the company but they said they want me solo. So we asked a different person in the company. I keep getting recruited by husband-and-wife team drivers at Love’s. They are letting me know the good pay they are earning and some different routes to take to become a good team driver o/o. Like I said I’m new and I was recommend to go Covenant Trucking first. My trainer won’t go back to them. Does anyone have any advice and want to go team drive? I really want to make it in this industry plus earn a good living. I need someone with experience who I can trust and is trusting.

Driving all day is easy. Getting the loads, drop and hook is all pretty easy. I’ll take your advice and keep getting my experience. I’ll get there just need more practice. I like the company I’m with. Just wanted to see what everyone had to say. I’m seeing I need a lot more experience so I’ll get that.
