Hi, I've been in the monster truck industry a few years now with my truck "Temporarily Insane". I've had an old toterhome that I registered as an RV at one time, sold that.
Bought a smaller truck, and not sure how to register it. I'm only hauling my own stuff, so I wouldn't be a motor carrier. Running into issues with the state, they think I should be apportioned because I'm non-commercial and the truck and trailer make no money. If I'm apportioned would I need to register with IPA/IFTA? anybody have any ideas to help. Thanks in advance

Do you collect any fees for displaying or win any money for competing with the monster?

That is considered commercial when $$$ changes hands.

Put a camper shell on it and keep getting a RV tag for it?
