Securing is not hard at all. In the beginning, you just take your time. Make sure every stack has a couple straps on it, run layer straps, over strap...it's not that hard at all. It will take you a while when you first start, but you get quicker. It still takes me a couple hours when I get a load that I've never had before and I need to take the time to figure out how many straps to use and where to put them. 90% of your loads will be with other drivers, so don't be afraid to ask for help if you are stumped or just need a hand.
