    I'm sure some SAP, 2 DUI, 4 accident, felon will be asking for a local/home daily job, with weekends off & 3 dogs to ride along. They'll sign that & IMMEDIATELY start plotting how to rip off the company & refuse another drug screen.

    Numbers 5 and 6.
    If you bump into anything they will not cover it with their insurance; you will bear the full cost of any damages to the truck, trailer and anything else damaged as a result of the bump.

    That could run into the tens of thousands of dollars, and right out of your pocket.
    They will always claim that you were negligent in some way.

    Run far, far away from that company.

    Sign that and they will find ways to have you pay all expenses for running the truck. You might end up paying them just to work there.
