Who do you talk to? Jim and Jolene are the ones who change mine for me.

One time they had me routed to Key West, FL going down US27 the whole way, called and got routing changed to run the FL Turnpike the whole way. Only cost $68 for the whole ride.

I honestly have no clue. I gave up a bit ago plus I usually have to have them repeat names or I guess as what I usually here is, this is mkdguei. Honestly I rarely have an issue with the route, just on occasion it seems stupid.

    DrtyDiesel Thanks this.

    I learned a loophole.

If you get routed up to Marshfield, sign papers called a "Lease Agreement" then you'll be able to choose your route. lol im just kiddin man

Got to love routing, I get to have some fun in the snow tomorow.
What better way to get from New England to NJ?

    Why, I-95 south of course!

I swear that thing doesn't even know I-287 exists. NYC suuuuucks

Didn't you see my trip from Philly to Hartford? Almost the whole thing was 287. All the way up and around to tappanzee bridge

If you can't get anywhere with your fleet manager, go to the Fuel Desk. You press #2 for Maint. then another number for fuel issues. Have your ducks in a row on why you want to change the route. Even when I was company they would listen.

If the routing is just a mess I don't tell them anything, I just go the best way to get me to where I am going. Then I fill out one of those surverys to let them know of the mistake. I have bypassed a fuel stop if it was going to benefit me to get more miles down on the load but I will make there are other truck stops along the way to ensure I can get fuel before doing it. I just send in a 16 after I shut down to let the computer pick another fuel stop. I keep this at mininium though to ensure they don't think I am trying to make it a habit.
