Hello All
I have a 1999 Mack CH613 that the head lights will not turn off when the truck is shut down.
The normal things that cause this have been checked, the headlights are the proper part number and the parking brake is on.
The truck came to me with wiring diagrams but without a diagram of the fuse / relay panel.
I would surly like this drawing to identify the fuses a relays.
Thanks
Phil P

My guess is the headlights are on a circuit that’s only live with the ignition on.
@Brettj3876 any ideasJoeyJunk Thanks this. -
They stay on all the time we have to disconnect the battery to turn them off.

I would pull one relay at a time until they go out. It could be the relay welded itself shut. I had that happen on a 02 Mack and it nearly caught the truck on fire. -
Is it only headlights or are you getting tail lights and 2 roof lights? Reason I ask is we had a harness connection that goes through drivers door by your feet corrode and melt. Causing lights to stay on. And get hot. this was on a 1997
