I see there trucks alot in the southeast.. Never seen em out west to much where i usually run.. But they got nice looking trucks, which to me is a good indicator to how good a company is.... If they take care and pride in their equipment usually thats a good sign

You got your permit, Millis is a great place to get started. Only thing I would make sure of is training on a stick and not an auto. You definitely WANT the manual endorsement on your lic

Before you make a decision, look at CFI. It's dry van like Millis, but the big difference is CFI runs coast to coast and Millis stays in the Eastern states.
@Ultratowel can fill you in on the details; he's been there a few months.
    Company-paid Tuition
With a 12-month commitment to drive for CFI, qualified students can now receive fully paid tuition to attend driving school in Missouri. We’ll even cover your room and board for the duration of the four-week course.

Been hearing good things about Millis lately. I know they recently did away with their inward facing cameras and have outward facing only which is a good thing. They haul a lot of beer out of the beer plant in Albany Ga. Also saw somewhere they just increased their cpm. Like someone said above, I would consider them if they went out west more which is where I like to drive. I dont think they haul a lot west of I 35, because I never see them out that way. Seems you made a good choice.

I saw on the website you have your choice if you want the driver facing camera. One year drivers start at 47 cpm but what's the weekly average?

I read on a few threads on here they are getting close to 3000 miles a week. My bro in law has talked to a few of their drivers and they were happy, that's about all I know about their averages.

Milea arent a problem at Millis. If you know how to manage your clock you will get miles. Sure some times are slower than others but thats everywhere. Im a trainer with Millis and have no intention of leaving anytime soon. As of Nov 20 we just got a 3cpm base raise and an easily attainable 3cpm more on miles bonus. So basically a 6cpm raise.
