They go to whatever dedicated account needs help. Right now Honda is a few drivers down so SNI is bringing a Nat Dedicated guy in to cover. I was offered it for the week, but turned it down. It is a nice 350 mile line haul, light load, easy route but load center time is 30 hours or so. It's fine if you are on daily rate and live close to either end, but it sucks for a mileage guy. The National Dedicated have a varying payscale, plus a bump for staying out long stretches. I would make $1,000 or so for the 5 days, dedicated would make $1,100, National dedicated would male $1,200 to $1,600.

When we opened up a new account we surge in the Nat Dedicated guys to quickly staff up with experienced drivers until we get permanent staff. So it could be Target, or Home Depot, or the Dollar Accounts. It all depends on the account.

 

dont listen to this guy. its not like he has contacts in green bay. behind the scenes people tell him the straight up truth.

instead listen to those guys who KNOW not ever having worked at SNI.....

E-Tripac is complete garbage. It doesn’t cool anything worth a #### and if they put the idle restrictions at 90+ degrees you will burn up. The etripac maybe cools 20 degrees below ambient temperature which at 85 outside that means it’s 105+ inside with the sun so enjoy sweating in the sauna.
