    * WINDS/VISIBILITY...VERY STRONG WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
    BY THIS AFTERNOON AND PERSIST THROUGH MONDAY. WINDS GUSTING TO
    65 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE FROM THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THE
    EVENING. VISIBILITIES COULD FALL BELOW A QUARTER MILE AT

    * IMPACTS...COMBINATION OF STRONG WINDS...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW

    EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW WITH STRONG WINDS
    AND POOR VISIBILITIES ARE LIKELY. THIS WILL LEAD TO WHITEOUT
    CONDITIONS...MAKING TRAVEL EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. DO NOT TRAVEL. IF
