Newbe turned down for bad DAC?

dac reports also have your arrest record too. so you may not have any truck driving related things there, but your arrest records will be there, and even your mvr report.

 

Just asking did you go to school somewhere?Where did you get your cdls? Something just doesn't seem right.

 

Now that you got rejected for that reason in writing, your entitled to a free copy of your DAC. Just go to their website and get them to send you a copy, see what is being reported. It might be confusing some information.

 

Some have had the DAC bad Because of the Name showing up has a bad driver even though it it not you. Typo error. Now you suffer

 

DAC is an all inclusive data base now.

It's no longer limited to your driving history.

It contains credit information, criminal history, driving history, and in some cases your medical history.

Something triggered your application. probably something that would have been overlooked last year. But...in a harvest of plenty, some fruit is left in the field.

 

I am looking forward to a good economy when the Companies need drivers and have no crop to get them from! Probably will never come, but its a good dream!

 

It will come. When the FMCSA get their medical requirements passed. Like the BMI mandate. That goes through there will be tens of thousands of empty trucks and freight backing up big time.

 

Got the same thing (I think from the same company) when I was applying last February. Sent for a copy of my DAC and it had nothing on it. I decided it was a boilerplate reply used when they didn't want to hire newbees. Just my 2 cents worth.
