There's a good company for solo drivers with one yr. experience right there in Albany; Southern Ag Carriers.

 

I have been with TA for over a year now, from my experience they have been a good company. My old trainer drives team for them now, him and his wife do pretty good. Other than that I cant say much about the team side of things.

 

My boyfriend & I just finished our first trip out with them. We are very happy with the company so far. Their student driver training program seems solid. The sense I got is they don't let just anyone train recent CDL graduates just because they want to. They have certified driver trainers. The company culture is friendly and relaxed. They are a small company with a big company feel. We got good miles, communication with dispatch was friendly and prompt. We got paid what we expected and reimbursed on the next check for any expenses (tolls, etc). I wish I had known about them when I started driving.

 

i drove for them from 2012-14 and i love them. Since your from GA you will be out of the ATL location. which is the biggest one i seen. I don't know any info about the Team driving but the Regional program is good.

 

been with them 1yr. good place to start, safety is a priority. i tested that theory a few times. pay is decent

 

Now i been seeing a lot of T680 of late and all truck are fully loaded.
