    Abilene Motor Express trucks governed at 68 mph. They do have cameras but the drivers cover them on their breaks and layovers.

    last i heard, about 75 trks had cameras in them. them. they have a southeast regional. trks gov. @65. in winter weather they dont want you on the roads if you cant keep at 45mph
