indeed, and does anyone stay loyal or even care who reports first. The most thorough might be an idea.

 

my 2c, and its based on a clip that did the rounds of car that did a jump on the hiway after running over a car that lost its wheel.
Maybe ol mates car lost a wheel, and with speed, landed itself in the over pass. Hard to believe but that's all I got.

Guess the driver knows if his willing to tell the truth.
