The SEC is investigating it. The accusations are from a firm that’s trying to short sell the stocks so I’m not sure how reliable it is, but Nikola did admit the truck used in the commercial was rolled.
either way, I’m waiting to see what’s going on before I make a judgment.
As far as Tesla, at least they have rolling demo vehicles. So Musk is now laughing that’s for sure.
but time will tell who’s going to be up on top in the next few years. -
