Pull up on your throttle pedal. Might be sticking slightly.

Throttle pedal has no effect pulled the panel from the dah and took connector from the switch it’s not getting power brake pressure switch is also behind dash and is working fine unless there is another internal on the floor pedal, also noticed oil pressure unit ties to brake valve with two wires does that have anything to do with the cruise and high idol

First place to start is inside the engine ECM. When connected to the engine with the proper tool you can monitor and see your clutch and brake switches as well as the cruise , set and resume switches and that the ECM is actually seeing the commands being given by the switches.

Within 5 minutes of hooking up and checking switch responses you can isolate and figure out where to begin digging. For all we know at this point it may not be programmed to idle up. Has it worked previously? If so, how long ago did it quit? Any recent related repairs? All question I would be asking the operator of the broken unit.

    Good luck.
