No Empties at Swift Denver

Willing to bet if you were getting paid a good wage to hunt through their junk it would get fixed !!

 

Your dispatch team can't tell you where to get an empty? When a company is too big, or disorganized, or both.

 

I HATE when that happens!

 

If the timing works out you might find a driver dropping an mt when they pick up a t-called load.
Your chances are slim otherwise.

 

Are they really red tagged? In the rail biz, if we found a good empty, we would put a red tag on it and tell our fellow drivers, or for later, it was okay, hey, you did what you had to do. I hope Swift doesn't work that way. You know what I think? I think the trailers are loaded somewhere and nobody to deliver it,,,just sayin'.

 

You still have to be assigned the trailer before you can use it. That is checked when you go out the gate.
Have you taken the trailer numbers inside to inquire at the desk?
