When I was with ####ing Prime I had a 2019 Cascadia and now I have my own 2017 t680. I would murder for the jake brake system I had on the Cascadia be on the KW. For that reason, I'd say go with a Cascadia.

Speed_Drums and Final Drive Thank this.

I didn't really read the thread, but if I was a Ken or Pete, I'd be pissed at the discrimination.

But someone dares to say anything negative about a Pete or KW? They're usually burned at the stake. Even though KW and Pete are making trucks comparable to Freightliner (the exception obviously being the W-9 and the 389). They're all plastic, held together by tin clips that break in a year or so, and the rattles and squeaks begin, with no end in sight.
I love the classic trucks, don't get me wrong. But the Paacar products are really no better than anything else out there now. There's a small outfit not far from my house that has around 20 trucks. Three years ago they bought 5 new 389 gliders. 6nz Cats motors, 13 speed transmissions, all the bells and whistles. The bought 5 more gliders this year. What'd they get? Western Stars. Same thing, 6nz Cat's, 13 speed tranny's, all the bells and whistles.
Their drivers are fighting for the new Star's. And I'm talking guys that were in the 389's from day one. They don't seem to like the 389's for various reasons.
I dunno, to each their own I guess
