This kit you bought? Did it involve any programing or was it just a bunch of plates and tubing?
I am assuming there was a programming module or something? Or am I assuming wrong? -

Comes with a module and harness adaptor. Plugs in between ACM and ECM.

Yep, that is what I was thinking. I know on our Cummins there are several files needed to do this stuff properly, odds are they simply turned a few parameters off to trick the motor, there was no fueling or turbo table adjustments, that is evident from your fuel economy and turbo acting up. Is she smoking? I bet you are just dumping fuel into the motor.

The other issue is with the DPF having holes drilled in it. All of that heat is being trapped up at your turbo. You are cooking it and the motor.

They have an emulator that tells the motor exactly what it wants to see on the aftertreatment side. Gives proper nox parameters and dpf delta p readings. Also tells def tank is full when it is empty. Their system emulates exhaust temps too. I see an emulated temp of 800 degrees when it is rolling.
