    Sorry, had to step away... And that is the issue, that programmer is "tricking" the motor. A real program would not need to trick the motor into proper operation. A proper program would set the parameters along with fueling and boost tables to operate accordingly as if they were running under normal manufacturer parameters, no trickery would be needed. That is something that few think about when getting involved with these companies and outfits that do this kind of work.

    Cant return to stock. Dpf has holes in it now. Would derate as soon as I fire it up .

    Well there is that, but I would say more along the lines of not messing around and deleting what is pretty much an integral part of the way all these engines function now. I completely understand your frustration the way it was running prior, I've experienced it as well but this wasn't just an EGR delete. I'll be interested to follow what happens next.
