That's what I'm referring to, before the whole aftertreatment phase came into play it was possible to delete certain components with not a lot of consequence. What you've described is altering pretty much everything downstream.

Well OTR is a huge operation and they have fleets of trucks running their deletes no problem. It seems mine is just being a #####. They are overnighting me a new delete kit with adjusted parameters to see if that resolves my low power issue. I think my turbo actuator is on it's way out the door cuz I have had a few instances before the delete where the truck refused to do rapid warm-up and times where descending a grade with the VEB (jake) on my boost would start bouncing causing the cab to buck and bronk until I turned the VEB off and turned it back on.

Pre turbo or after turbo pyro? I installed pyros before on my deuce and a half when I put a 5 ton injector pump on and cranked the fuel up.
