    Provided its a well built trailer and not some shade tree mechanic hack job otherwise 1/4 way through the turn the axles towards the front try and take a different route.

    Or the trailer starts to look like its curved.

    I have thought about getting a QuickDraw or similar, but if I did I would have to buy a different truck because this thing would drop MPG like crazy with that headboard dragging in the wind.

    I've thought about the same thing, even had one priced to my specs. But the rates have steadily dropped, on them and it would definately limit my freight choices.

    Don't know why it would limit your freight choices. It is my understanding that those quck draws can be locked open if you wanna take a oversize load.

    I work out of Wyoming. There is never a day that there isnt wind. I spend a lot of time getting the tarp rolled out then jumping down to throw a couple of bungies on to keep it from sailing away. I just make sure to have bungies staged where I need them at the corners untill I can get everything strait for the tie down.
