I installed a CB in a 1990 White /GMC..When I key up it makes noise in the FM Radio Speaker..if I leave the FM Radio off the CB works good and does not put noise in the FM Radio Speaker..How can I fix this problem ?

Keep stereo turned off when using CB...There is no fix...and the more power you run, the worse it's going to get...

Then get some chokes and put it on the coax, you have a ground problem from what is called common current mode, which makes the outer shield of the coax as part of the antenna.

First make sure your antenna is properly RF grounded. Do this with a multimeter's Ohm function, with one probe on the antenna coax's outside shield such as where it is in contact with the mounting screw collar that normally is attached to the radio, and the other probe on the vehicle's chassis ground. If the Ohm value is not zero, then try installing a short piece of copper mesh to better ground the antenna to the vehicle.
