here's noob questions of the day from me... for loan purposes

When you're leased on to Schneider and are asked for "employer" you list.. self employed or Schneider?
Say if I apply for a car loan and they ask for "gross income" you are supposed to list your net revenue? gross revenue?

I'm kinda confused ...
For example as an employee of Crete I have my own deductions from my gross weekly, health insurance for example.
However when leased on with truck payments and etc the deductions from gross are HUGE.
So what is the correct labeling of yourself in all of this?

 

its all about averages, not just one load.

 

You are an independent contractor, you use your net income. You may be considered a credit risk until you establish yourself, usu ally 2 years of tax returns.
