Talked to rep and I decided that I will get a KW. Due to the fact that if a Volvo breaks down then it is longer to get the parts and not a lot of mechanics that work on them compared to the Paccar. So for now I guess I will go with the KW. Thanks for the info.

I'd think three times about that PACCAR engine. Freightwipper's PACCAR just blew up with less than 100k miles. They are having a lot of problems with that PACCAR Engine. He just said, 3-4 weeks for a new motor. Haven't really heard too much about anyone with a Volvo.

I've been towed twice for fuel pump to KW, over 2 weeks in shop both times.

    Constant coolant issues.

The reps push the KW because there's more profit in them for SFI.

Just to add, in over a year's time, and tons of lost money, KW never even fixed my check engine light. It was on right after I got the truck, and in several attempts, it never stayed off for more than 200 miles after each and every repair.

Worst truck I have ever driven.

Doesn't mean the drivers have to choose those though...but these problems are a lot due to these new emissions crap ruining these motors...

For what it's worth my agent at Schneider told me drivers with Volvos lost a lot of money due to the fact only Volvo can work on Volvo and it can take forever to get anything done. Also huge tow bills being theres not many around.

All trucks ive been in Crapcadias, one Prostar and now my KW all have had engines die on me.
Sooo i cant push for any truck, i think they all suck lol.

Anybody know if Mack is any good? Lol

And Sweet Lou rolls on with his stupid DD15......guys, look, it's an instrument to make money, nothing else. My Freightliner just rolls and rolls. And wile I may not look pretty in it, I'm still rolling. It's a business, guys. And when you figure that out, you'll start making money.

    Peace
