3k a week for roughly 8 months or 32 weeks a year? so it's about 100k w/ which season off?
what are your busy seasons? I might switch to seasonal work at some point, and know others who are thinking of it.
you put your workers up in company-owned housing?
Summer is where we have normal hours but every year we gain more work and seem to be more and more busy.
Company provided housing.staceydude Thanks this.
Still looking, we have 2 brand new trucks coming and have a handful of other low milage equipment!
####, I only have experience with a 10 speed and no hazmat endorsement yet.
Looks like a wonderful opportunity though!

I should warn you. Driving is good on ND during winter. Hardly much need to chain up. Little ice. If you do get ice. It’s good and hard. No slipping sliding like at 32f ice. Just slow down. You get good traction.
But here’s the downfall. Getting out of the truck is a whole different story. You don’t want to do that. Every night and most days are below zero. And the wind blows. It will ##### slap you.
