50/50 number 1 or pre blended winter diesel. don't waste your time with with additives. also 911 does not prevent gelling says right so on the bottle its for breaking up all ready gelled fuel. 911 does almost nothing to prevent fuel gelling. your normally fine on #2 as long as your leaving the truck running and not shutting it off. till you get pretty deep sub 0. the return fuel helps keep the fuel in the tanks warm enough to not gel. once you shut the truck off over night all bets are off unless you have some #1 in the tanks.

iv had the best luck with power service as far as additive but iv seen gelled fuel with every additive.

I hate leaving the truck run.... such a waste of fuel and idle time.

Hopefully I can find good fuel! I was so spoiled in Canada...

That is some good stuff. It's good to -40F and is better on power and get better mileage versus straight #1.

Bottom of Lolo pass in a snow storm this guy walks up in flip flops and shorts asking how much would I charge to chain up his truck. Said it was in the 80s when he left home in Tennessee. I offered to help him but I wouldn't do it for him. He didn't like it when I told him stupid needs to come with consequences.
