Hey. I recently hired an agency, Accounts Receivable, that helped me collect on this guy that owed me for 9 months! I am so happy and satisfied with their work, that I'm taking the time to type this out. This client of mine (whom shall remain nameless) told my dispatcher to screw himself and that he was never going to pay. He never said why, he just stopped answering our calls.

I gave my account to this agency and they collected the $13k in less than 3 weeks! I was able to keep track of what transpired through their client portal and they sent out my check a week later (they took 30%.) I was amazed at the efficiency and professionalism shown to me as opposed to another collection agency I used (Empire) who didn't collect and told me it wasn't their problem.

This is not an ad, their work was exceptional! (Hillary was a great rep)

I mean, I agree but they did get me money I did not have. I also have a clause in my contracts now that would make the client responsible for collection and attorney fees if they do not pay me. I think it worked out.
