I am from CT and I've had my CDL since 2011, I got into a MC accident in 2007 and it took me some time to get back into moving and etc. My license went up and when I went to get my med card the guy was giving me a hard time because of a med I have tooken for 10+ years, so he gave me 1 year and now I have to go get a renewal, the guy told me not to come to a place like that again (concentra) because they wont approve me, he said to go somewhere where they don't "care" as much... (I know crazy) but mi wondering where others go instead of places like this in CT....I found a place that is a random place and I don't know if they can get a record of my meds unless I tell them?? anyways if anyone can help, thank you. (also this is not a med that would make me harm anyone on the road)
Not new but looking for help (med card) Connecticut

National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners | FMCSA
The National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (National Registry) was created to ensure that Medical Examiners can effectively determine if interstate commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers meet FMCSA’s physical qualification standards. As a result, healthcare professionals that wish to perform physical qualification examinations for interstate CMV drivers must be certified by FMCSA to do so.Blu_Ogre and Another Canadian driver Thank this. -
New York DOT Physical Exam Locations, CDL Medical Card, NRCME Examiners
they have none listed in ct,but have five down on Long Island.
I’d search for a chiropractor from the link Chinatown posted.Blu_Ogre Thanks this. -
I would be biased toward either a chiropractor or a nurse over an MD or Physicians Assistant, I just get along better with them. -
