    That driver may have pulled into an empty lot and shut down on the perimeter thinking all was good. Then he woke up, looked around at all the trucks parked wrong and wondered what the heck was going on with all these drivers.

    If that is the lot at the 76/80 split, I'm very familiar with as we've shut down there and the big Pilot just east of there several times when 80 was shut down for snow and ice.
