Erfan E. Is the owner
He owes me and at least 4 others.
The company address is based in Alberta but his office is in Ontario.
My test drive was only bobtail to a Tim Hortons and we with other potential driver had coffee and drove back to the yard and that's it, we both got the job. He said the paperwork is in Ontario so we drove a load there and then the contract was printed at the office. I read it and I said I cannot sign this and I need someone to look at it and he was so frustrated and my co driver was saying this contract is stupid and wouldn't sign it either.
We ended up driving another load back to alberta. When I arrived I told with via text message I cannot continue with this contract and I was not ready for a being contractor.
They wouldn't pay me.
They say the contract says I have to wait 6 weeks, I told them I don't have a contract cause I never signed and was hung up on. This an lots of BS is on going still and it's been 3 months.
Email money transfers is what I had to pay the fuel with...
.38 cents single
.22 cents team

mistake # 1: Drove from Alberta to Ontario...WITHOUT COMING TO AGREEABLE TERMS
mistake # 2: Drove from Ontario to Alberta....WITHOUT COMING TO AGREEABLE TERMS
You should have insisted that his Ontario counterparts FAX copies to you, for review prior to driving....smdh....were you really that desperate to drive????kuzima93, upnorthwpg and Lakehead Thank this. -
There is no counterpart, he works from Ontario claiming his business is in Calgary. He also falsified the insurance on my behalf saying I had 3 years experience meanwhile I have under 5000 miles to my name.
Thanks for your commentProtein Hauler Thanks this. -
Aha!...makes more sense now.
The things I would do....are NOT to be posted anywhere on the internet...LOL -
