Not the first time I've heard of this kind of thing. Although I think it's usually PCP.

Couple years ago my wife and I were on our Harley’s going down 3rd ave in Huntington when we eased up behind a WVDOH dump truck going slow with his 4 ways on. As we eased around him we were encountered with a “don’t look Ethel” moment. Man was totally naked running in front of the truck with his arms in the air and his skin looked like he had a terrible sunburn. Few days later news said he had ran out of a local hospital were he was found to be high on some kind of drug. He died the day after we seen him, drugs can really mess with you….

 

Randy Travis went on a bender and got arrested inside a store naked.

Poor guy had a massive stroke not long after..
