Take the three screws out and they will come right off.

Ok..and also how do you take out a stereo deck..in a frieghtliner?
Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
Chainsaw, hammer, sawzall will all work.
Or like every other head unit, which usually require the removal keys that slide down the side of the deck. Or in a pinch a couple butter knifes will work.86scotty, D.Tibbitt, Rideandrepair and 4 others Thank this. -
Most trucks have what is called a Single DIN deck. The vast majority of those manufactured recently use two flat "keys" inserted on both sides of the receiver. The keys hold down the spring locks that pin the deck into the mounting bracket. Push the keys in and leave them there. Then, the deck should slide right out.

Yup..off and on...im getting nothing..

I installed a deck in a Cascadia awhile back. I may be misremembering but it seems like the wires were miscolor coded in some way. Can't remember exactly but, if you have a multimeter, you may want to check voltage to see which wires are hot and which are ground.

Speaker wires?
