O/O Looking for 2 OTR Drivers...Starting .72CPM

My name is Jessy Alech. I am an O/O with several trucks leased onto a carrier in South Florida. I currently have two openings for an OTR driver (Teams welcomed). Mostly midwest. No force dispatch. Offering 72 CPM. Minimum of 2,700 miles a week up to 3200 miles. Dry van. Clean trucks with fridges and inverters that are governed at 77 mph. The truck stays with you during hometime. Looking for drivers to be out a minimum of 3 weeks out with 5 days hometime. My company name is James Ventures inc.
