    I have a wife that is 265lbs and I myself am about 195lbs I could stand to lose 25lbs and my wife could stand to lose 115lbs,,im my opinion. I am a self proclaimed expert when it comes to the body. I agree with the above posts and am not worried one bit. Though I know I and my wife could be and should be in better shape I do not fear the future. We will get in better shape because we FEEL we should, not because the Govt. says we should. God bless.....
