Oh boy what a trucking company?

What constitutes a great company?
1 Health insurance a good or paid rate.
2 Retirement savings with a high match.
3 Hiring experienced drivers that know how to identify small problems, deal with brokers, and know how to drive in all weather.
4 Owning a shop to completely repair or rebuild trucks, while charging customers who need truck repairs.
5 Owning product storage facilities that earn a separate stream of income.
6 own a brokerage for yet another stream of income.
7 Hire drivers for all types of trailer types, and or lanes of freight.
8 treat and pay drivers respectable wages and treat them with respect.
9 Make the fleet trucks with driver comforts like APU, or bunk heater, or microwave, or xm radio, fridge, inverter, TV with digital Antenna.

This should cover most issues. But staying profitable is the main issue.
I am not sure the needed profit margins but I may have read above 4% yearly before.
