A simple rule being enforced will put lots of basically illegal driver out of business is a good thing. They had years to learn English but they did not care. Some are probably good but I bet most are not good drivers and have not chosen to fallow the rules . So they should be put out of business. It’s amazing a simple rule being enforced may have big impact for driver and company running legal because when you stop all the illegals the rates will probably rise when their are less trucks to move the loads.

 

Magically they speaka da english now.
