I just bought my 1st truck. A 1994 limited edition KW 900. It has a 3406 E engine. I want to change the oil and fuel filters to start with. I am looking for suggestions on which type filters to use. Should I stay with CAT filters or are their others that work as good or better? Thank you

If what you want is quality, stick with CAT. There are cheaper options, none as good for the engine IMO.

I only use Cat filters on mine since day one. And I’m running a synthetic blend from a local oil distributor.
