I was in a rollover accident June 12th, the company I was driving for left me stranded with no way to get to the drug testing facility, so now I have a violation for refusing to test, when I did not refuse to test. Iam now homeless because of what happened. They have not paid me for the loads I had completed while working for them. My pay check should have been over 800 bucks. Is there anything I can do to possibly get my clearinghouse fixed and have them pay me.

So, last year you failed a drug test. A few weeks ago, you were starting a new job and trying to get members to send money to float you cuz you couldn’t get an advance. Now your company stranded you after a rollover and you’re homeless, right? Did I miss anything?

What about your pregnant wife who’s waiting for you and she’s so worried that she went into labor 5 months early?

Yep, trolling. If he failed a drug test last year, he would know all about it today. Even if he were telling 100% truth, his company actually protected the general public from a menace and should be recognized for their good deed.

He had a truck rolled over and couldn't find a ride to get tested? Right.

A former company coworker had a roll over. Local LEO gave him a ride to the site, no question asked.

Not showing up for a test is a refusal to test. Make better choices. Who told you that an excuse is just as good as doing what you are supposed to do?

    Winner.
Had a guy come up to me 5-6 years ago claiming that his company stranded him at the truck stop and he was asking for financial help to get home. I asked what company

    “Cannon Express”

Apparently, he’s been stranded for 20 years.
