If you base what you make off of what someone else makes- your value is based on them, not you. If you can’t sell your services for more than they can, they are the ones bringing value.

Sounds like it’s foolish of you to keep driving at this point. You’re leaving a ton of money on the table not being a broker. That’s where the easy money is, go get it.

 

Why don't those that complain about what a broker makes just put in the effort to get their own direct freight. Oh, that's right, they could treat a direct customer like they do a broker.

Every business person tries to pay as little and get paid as much as possible. If you spend more time worrying about yourself and your loads. Instead of complaining poor me. You might be doing even better than you say you are currently. Maybe one day you'll surprise us and post something positive. Instead of always telling us the sky is falling.
