Gas station owners nearby must be PISSED!

That's like us hauling $1 a mile loads to help out brokers lol

 

They did it for a few hours on one day. How many years of good will did they buy? Most times it doesn't matter to me whether I buy fuel for my car at the BP, the Kwik Trip, or the 'independent'. The decision is usually made on if I need groceries, or pizza, or nothing on my way to the house. A stunt like this could influence where I stop to buy fuel when no other factors are involved. It's a calculated risk, but one that is likely to pay off in the long run.

 

The price at Costco in Orange County, CA was a bargain at 5.29 per gallon.
