    Does yours constantly say : System malfunction in blaring RED, Along with the statement: Use paper logs. Mine does and support tells me thats ok and normal ??

    May be normal but it's not what I understand is required.

    Malfunctions must be reported to the proper authority (dispatch or operations if you are in a company position) in writing and paper logs must be used in place of the ELD. You get a week to get it resolved before you violate the mandated rules.

    You get 8 days to get it repaired. If by day 3 it is not repaired then you must file for an extension. What unit are you using?

    Agreed! support tried to blow it off and say dont worry about it its ok. Now they said they are mailing me a new one? NOTHING in over a week. 4 weeks now of malfunctions use paper logs, unable to locate gps position multiple times a day EVERY DAY, PISSED

    one20feld, CRAP, 4 weeks of Malfunctioning use paper logs, unable to locate gps position, support said several times dont worry its ok, blarring RED SCRREN SAYS "MALFUNCTION USE PAPER LOGS, THEY SEEM UNCONCERNED, SAID EVERYONE IS CALLING IN WITH THIS ISSUE?? JUST STARTED SINCE THERE LAST UPDATE , FOR 4 WEEKS NOW

    use to work OK, but they supposedly had a update change?? now its not working correctly at all. Waiting on a new unit, should've been here by now!!
